I use Promix BX myself. So I'm used to feeding/watering often. I use a 1/5 strength feed, and feed most everytime. Maybe skip every 3rd watering. Been doing it like this for decades.

I also grow 1 plant per container in 15-20 Gallon Smart Pots, 2 plants per 1000w light. Also veg with 1000w. Will use more plants if of smaller Indica variety, and 10g Smart Pots.

My buddy uses FF OG and dilutes to 40%

Yeah, I assumed you had it down. I posted that last comment for the benefit of the OP.

FF has all the perlite needed for my plants. I switched from Miracle-Gro potting mix to FF because the FF is less clumpy with fewer chinks of wood. The extra perlite has been a bonus. MG PM is 10% perlite and the FF 15% or so.
