Should I add nutes to partially rooted clones?

20160801_173822.jpg 20160813_214938.jpg Diy aero cloner, first ever grow. Northern Lights, It's day 12 , 1/3 have roots, 1/3 show white spots on stem as if about to root.

Res temp 80F, hand spray few times a day. I've been changing the water with just tap water every few days, and a few ml of bleach.

Ambient temp in garage is about 85F at highest. 40% RH no dome.

Should I add nutes now? Ppm? Grow or bloom, or mix?

I added a pic of mom as well, before chop.

Fuckin BLEACH MAN?! Knock that shit off now! And no, don't give em nutes till they got roots busting out all over. 80*f is way to warm by the way. That water needs to be 65-75.

You realize bleach is what they put in your tap water right before it goes to your house...

Rofl. Uh huh....suuuuure. bleach is TOXIC. It leaves a chalky, powdery coating on everything it touches after its dried out that is absolute poison. Bleach is no bueno. 29% h2o2 instead.

These are buckets I thoroughly cleaned out with bleach and water. Very very diluted but even after wiping down dry, over a few mobths, this is what's built up.20160814_044952.jpg 20160814_044847.jpg 20160814_044958.jpg

i've used 4% strength pool shock for years...which is chlorine.
clorox isnt chlorine anymore, though, its sodium hypochloride, which may not be good for your plants, i'm not sure, actually. so i will say don't use bleach, but chlorine is fine, pool shock is cheap as hell, a 3 dollar bag of it lasts a year or more for me.

hmmmm, where'd you get the idea to cut off the bottom of those root baskets?seems like i've seen that somewhere before...
maybe.....https://www.rollitup.org/Journal/Entry/aerocloner-is-awesome-but-required-minor-modifications.34399/ ?

honestly, i know it says its not needed, but i put about 4 ml of clonex in the water too, seems to help a lot. and that is pretty warm, try putting a small fan blowing directly on your reservoir, anything to bring that temp down, around 70 would be good, anything you can drop it from 80 is going to be an improvement

Change your water every seven days keep water cooler with a portable cooler freezer bag and you will do fine. Cool tap water works best. Peace

I had to cut the bottoms off because I need to easily transplant them to my aero system. I just realized I had a good thermometer and that the water was that high, I'll try to get that down, but that's what the bleach is for, pathogens.

I was reading about how bleach isnt "bleach" anymore, more additives. I will try the pool shock, I prefer liquid form though, I want to automate that process.

i haven't tried it myself, but i don't see why you couldn't make up something like a 20% solution (just be careful, that'll burn the hell out of you AND your plants) then add w/e amount of that it takes to get 4% or w/e you decide is enough

Give them nutes. Plants love it when they're not starving.

Take em to 1.4EC. (so you don't end up asking what's wrong with your plant 2 days from now)
