should EMTs be allowed to refuse life saving treatment to whites?

i'm on the fence on this one but would love to hear logical and factual arguments from both sides

some people say EMTs should not be allowed to just let whites die but they sound emotional to me, we have to respect the deeply held religious beliefs of EMTs whose religion might forbid them from performing life saving treatments to whites

this kinda sounds like a first amendment issue to me
