Should be defoliate this stressed out plant?

This is an Auto Gorilla OG. It nearly died as a seedling from underwatering.
It nearly died again from nutrient shock at a 3-4 weeks old.
Then it suffered windburn.
I feel like I'm learning a lot with this grow(my second). Lol
I'm just wondering if I should defoliate a bit or leave it alone because it's had enough stress.

Look abit leathery to me . What ya medium and ec ? Ph? Nutes?
It's in soil, multipurpose with John Innes. The leaves are a bit leathery alright but they seem to be improving since I solved the issues. I don't have a way of testing soil pH. My tap water is usually around 6.
I used biobizz biogrow for veg and Dutch pro autoflower bloom for flowering. I realise now that I was overusing the biobizz.

The stronger the plant the more stress it can handle. I defoliated some plants that were in need but they were very strong at the time. I wouldn't mess with it anymore.
