Short path distillation question

hi all and thank you for any advise you give me in advanced, I currently have a 2L short path but my problem is that the kit everything came with has a infinicon 1/2hp 15 micron 5 cfm vacuum pump. I am a little bit concerned about the pump. is this enough vacuum or do i NEED a 21 cfm?
could i possibly buy a smaller receiving flask than the 2L say a 500ml or maybe a 1 liter and still use this pump if it is to small for the 2 liter setup?

You should be fine with what you have.
It might not be instant but, it will get it done just fine
