It looks like the Shoreline Bx3 pollen took. The pistils I hit on the Acapulco Gold with it are clearly rapidly turning brown and retracting. The rest of the plant I didn’t hit remains unpollenated.

So, the Acapulco Gold has an almost tropical, sweaty, sweet-smelling Sativa smell, with very light accents of sour earthiness, a hint of floral, and a little creamy, and smooth. Almost candy-like, but not overpoweringly or artificially sweet. Mexican sativa genetics.

The Shoreline is a really pungent, dead-skunky, cat-pissy dankbomb. Cut that Wes has is an original Houston cut. He’s also a born Texan, I believe.

So, rich, sweet, fruity, creamy, rotting dead shit is the terpene palette I’m working with. And because one strain is a Texas legend and the other is a Mexican sativa which is also legendary, that kind of places the genetics somewhere on the border of Texas and Mexico. Kind of like the Alamogordo Facility of the Trinity test at the border of NM, TX, and Mexico. Depending on how the smell and end product turn out, I am weighing the name Uranium-235 for this strain.
