I am looking at camcorders too, the cx130 was on the top of my list, and in my price range. My Nikon is a pain in the ass for multi-focus/zoom. Canon makes some really nice camcorders, but you are going to pay a bit more for it.

Don't buy a FLip, may as well just use your phone.

Odd. The pro's don't feel that way about the Flip. But I'm sure you're quite the expert, eh? I mean considering what he's going to use it for. If he was an expert he wouldn't be asking here.

way to bring the negativity bro....

All I meant there was, the image sensors and drivers are better in the newer iphones than the flip cams. That's just a fact.

And the issue of Flip being out of business.... could be an problem.

i was looking at that one, but its the same price as the other one i uploaded. Almost the same cam, just less megapixel's in trade of a projector...

yea, I wasn't looking at the projector one.

I'm not sure exactly what sub uses.

Got to get one before Oct 15th. no matter what.

I also want to document my grow room build & something that can sit well on my tripod.

The issue I am having with the SONY. It's a built in 16gb flash drive. I dont see a SD card expansion. I would liek to have all my stuff on SD card, makes it easier to transfer files.

We'd probably be stuck using SONY's proprietary software and shit.

Still looking....

naw geek, im pretty sure it does have an expansion slot, as thats why when you look on amazon, a 32gb card is the "frequently bought together. we had one almost like it. think thats pretty standard.
