yeah i'm in I right now and II i have to take next. I like it too, but i'm rusty in my trig and calc math, its been a looooong time.... like 10 years lol, so it's just taking me longer to get to the answers that it would have before
dang ol dx/dy is velocity, ddx/dy is acceleration. i forget power... i think it requires the jacobian of the function? idr. good stuff. im taking a differential equations class

nice. what's that class about? are you going for a degree in anything or are you just attending classes that interest you

im working on my second electrical engineerin degree. the first one i got wasnt acredited so employers will put me on the bottom of the application stack. its the same information though, so this go around is insanely easy. im in six classes this semester. differential equations is about system of equations that revolve around a prior equation like d/dx of x^n equals (x^(n+1))/(n+1) as long as "n" does not = (-1). cuz that mean (x^0)/0 which is undefined. but every other number will work for "n". khanacademy.org and search differential equations. its pretty interesting. im only a few weeks into the course though. calc 1, 2, & 3 were insanely fun. what are youuuu studying?

studying environmental biology. looking forward to getting into the plants and fungi and micro bio stuff. also be taking science stats and some other ecology courses and what not. the classes i've completed thus far have lent nicely to organic growing :)

cool what kind of information have you found useful? im very found of biologists and botanists. Bose, the physicist was a botanist.

well botany just helped me understand plant processes like the cycles they undergo (photosynthesis, respiration, carbon blah blah blah). geology gave me a good understand of mineral compounds. chemistry linked up CEC processes in the soil and in some of the plant processes. soil management taught me all about good soil composition and and bunch of other stuff.

at the time i was taking these classes i was thinking about my vegetable garden and how to become a better gardener organically, and then i got the idea that i should be doing it with cannabis as well instead of feeding from bottles, and then i found this place! so i had a very good understanding of what was going on and what the overall goal of organics was and it was EXACTLY what i was looking for. now when i take my micro bio courses, and more plant and fungi stuff and ecology i'll get even more in depth and really be able to crush organics :)

Ah thanks for the ressurance, guys! I'll make sure they dry out completely from now on :)
Yeah I had read that about taking pups too, maybe that's what made it so bad on mine: in the end, I couldn't resist watering them in anyway.

Hm and I really must grow some cheesy strain soon, so I can get that raclette smell out of my nose every time one of those pops up in someone's garden :bigjoint:
Hey just started reading through your organics posts, great stuff! Happy 666th post by the way lol.

Just put an order in at BAS for some granular CalPhos (trying something new), Ahimsa Neem meal, Kelp meal , and fishbone meal. I been using DTE fishbone meal, neem, and kelp for the last couple mixes and i won't be surprised if i see some improvements in future mixes due to the high quality of BAS products :hump:

My girl says everything is growing like crazy and doing well. Con cheese is coming down this weekend and will have pics of some puurrrrrty buds. honestly they looked ready at 7 weeks lol. this is a fast strain! I hope it's not toooooo amber by sunday

back to school work I suppose....

Con Cheese 54 days, sneak preview of what's coming down this weekend. Lots of other pics coming too over the next couple days.

I think the leaf imperfections are P def. but the plants did really well for how small they were (and in way to heavy of a soil) Can't wait to get some shots of the individual plants on sunday when they aren't in the quadrant anymore.

Absolutely, they look very vital elsewise. Happy harvesting! :D

Got my green onions in (I like to never pick them entirely and just harvest the greens and they just keep growin') these ones i bought from the store and used the tops and just stuck the lowers in water for a week and you could damn near just grow these things in a glass of water lol
