You've got to remove the moldy bits and get that bud dry. You might need to go ahead and harvest before it's all ruined.

bud mold usually happens because the humidity in grow rooms is over 60%. So keep that in mind if u want to keep the mold from coming back. But i agree with seamaiden, u might be forced to early harvest. Post a pic so we can see how far along u are in your flowering. Cut all the moldy buds off.

also when u water... u might not be doing this but dont spray them. just water around the roots.

the best way to do it is to completely separate the infected plants from the rest if you can't do that you might have to harvest early so that you don't lose your entire crop.

That's straight fucked, such a nice-looking crop you've got going there. Pretty thick canopy, too. Maybe tying the branches to the sides and something to address the overall humidity will prevent it from spreading.

Nice job btw. Thats a lot of good nug, tis a shame. I agree w/ fred, you need ventilation, even a fan blowing on them to just circulate the air more. And u need to separate the moldy stuff from the quiality

I feel your pain dude, I lost 1/3 of my top buds of greenhouse cheese. They look okay for a while then they start to grow a tiny sprout up from the original fat bud and you wait and check the trichs but they tell you clear to cloudy and you wait till its to late and you get bud ROT. I FUCKIN hate that. You pull apart a fat bud that you think you took care of and the fucking bud is all grey and rotten. I done it. BUT NOW
I trim all my lower fan leaves make sure you got nice AIR MOVEMENT, and don't crowd the branches together.

Just cut away the rotted buds, open up the canopy, get some air movement at the least and a dehumidifier if you can swing it so that you can stop that fucking bud rot in its TRACKS. The rest of your grow looks sweet, I REALLY hope you can save it til it's finished.
