shifting light schedule

well when it was time to go to 12/12 i didnt ever purchase a timer so i was doing it by myself, i never had a problem until my girlfriend told me something very interesting to me. Well you see i started with the lights on at 4pm right when i got home from work. well i seem to have been turning it on/off a little earlier everyday. Now i turn them on at 7am, before i goto work. yes i know its fucked up i never noticed myself doing this. my plants dont show any signs of major stress or anything. This wont b a problem will it i have now bought a timer because of my stupid ass.

So you did this without knowing?? I uhh.. I seeee, no it will not hurt your plants as long as it doesn't continue. Did you still run them 12 hours?? How did you turn them on earlier, if you are at work until 4Pm. just tell them you did it on purpose. You had decided to check them with the lights just before you left for work have a few hours to tend them after work and not have the lights blazin at midnight.
