SF4000 HEIGHT AND STRENGTH ADVICE PLZ !!

Blessed day!
First run under these SF4000
Need some advice with the hang height and how much percentage on the dials I should be running them at.
Today these ladies are at day 15 flowering since flip.

what percent on the dial I should be at and at what height. ANYONE USING THEM THAT CAN GIVE ME GOOD ADVICE ? Greatful for any assistance!

The manufacturer has specs on that all over the internet; their website, countless youtube channels, hell even their amazon ad should tell you.

Check the manufacturer specs, always.

They show me height… but I haven’t yet seen how much they turn it up on the dial. The light is very strong. In veg when I go over 55% the plants act like they being stressed by the light. I’m at 55% right now. Guess I should just keep going up by 5% every week !?! ‍♂

I got the Photone app for my phone. I realize it's not as good as a quality light meter but it's been working so far. Do a search for cannabis light requirements. You can find the recommended ppfd for different growth stages, cover your camera with plain copy paper and adjust the light.
Like I said earlier, it's not as accurate a good quality light meter but it's been working for me so far. (I think I paid $5.99 for the ppfd option, I don't remember)
I've been holding my phone at canopy level and adjusting my lights while watching the phone.

get par meter. adjust to 1000 at tops.
