Growing two plants. One is a definite female and is flowering beautifully. Its been flowering for 2-3weeks now. The other one (plant #2) is a couple feet taller and very leggy. But it to is also showing signs of flowering. We recently had to get rid of two other plants because they were male and plant #2 looks just like them. Can a female be that tall and leggy?

Yeah man just because its tall and leggy doesnt mean its a male. You have to give it some more time and keep a close eye for male pre flowers. I hope you did this with your others and did not assume that because they were tall and leggy they were males. Remember seeds from the same strain will always be different some grow different color, different taste and smell, some grow short and bushy some tall and lanky these are different Phenotypes you have to figure out which one is your favorite and keep that one. Hope this helps.

I also ran into this problem. It seemed as if all my plants would be females because I could see pistils on them. But sure enough some of the plants started growing nut sacks. So my advice to you is to be patient before you rip up a possible female.

appreciate the help guys. The ones we got rid of were definite males. So were goin to just have to keep an eye on our babies. Happy growing
