I would like to know generally how long does a plant take to show sex during. Will i have to cut a clone and put it in the flower lab, if so how long should sex show in flowering stage. Also is there like any giveaways to tell, like if i have 3 plants that are the same strain and 1 grows way faster than the others.

your best bet is to let them grow out and pre flower, they will sometimes all show diff. traits fast growing shorter inter nodes wider leafs ,so no thats not always a good indicator

Males will usually start to show preflowers and alternate nodes after 3-4 weeks of vegetative growth.

yeah man waiting sux i just got my sex after 5weeks of flowering lol took forever they are more sativa than indica guess it took longer or i messed sometihng up lol first hydro but it is a big pressure off my back just give it time to preflower and your good to go

five weeks to sex , i'd call flowering a sativa not 5 weeks for you in flowering but start your time now they have sexed ,so 10-15 weeks till harvest
