You're only gonna see pf if you've got a girl. look for balls up at the top nodes of the plant, as they can be very small. And im not sure why you have seen any males, but you should def begin to see them in the next 2 weeks or so.
Uh it doesnt matter how big or how old your plants are. you are never going to see any signs of sex until the days start getting shorter. tommorow is the longest day of the year. you have a while until they start showing sex
