Severe wilting after root cleansing

I'm starting to panic... I have two 3' plants that are in their 3rd week of flowering and I noticed the bottom leaves were starting to wilt. Water was skanky, root balls had some large dark spots. I immediatly used a cleansing product, flushed roots, they came out clean as a whistle. New water, new chems and checked ph and temp on cleansing water, flush water and new water in tub. All looked fine... bottom leaves still wilted. Left them under the light as normal and returned 7 hours later to major wilting... from the top down. Will these come back? Is it just shock or something more? They looked super healthy up to today. What can I do to help them recover?

Be patient and hope for the best. What exactly did you flush with?
Thanks for replying...

I think they will be ok.... went in this morning and both my ladies were perky and smiling big at me. Lower fans are still a bit droopy and have stayed droopy all day.

I used Clearex and followed the instructions. Made sure my ph was correct, added clearex to 2 five gallon buckets (sterilized before using) and let plants set in solution for about 30 minutes. Massaged roots gently to break up organic matter in roots. Dumped solution and flushed again with plain water (ph balanced) and even poured some of the fresh water over the top of the rockwool to flush out any additional contaminants. Filled tub back up with clean water and new nutrients, adjusted ph and put them back under the light for the day. Like I said, when I got home 6 hours later, they were hurting units.

So, it appears all is good now... I hope. Like I said, lower leaves still a bit droopy.... is this normal? Top half of plant looks awesome.

Any suggestions?
