my friend wants to know if using a blue led light when the lights are off will benefite his plant. i say i dont think so. i figured this would be the best place for an answer

Plants can use blue light and I think this would only serve to disrupt the night cycle.

If you use a blue LED when the "lights are off" then the lights aren't really off are they?
