Setting up a new room 7`x14`

I see now. That Titan 5 unit has no Co2 sensor or ppm info.
But like renfro said, that cycle timer is useful for many things besides Co2.

My Hades 2 has a cycle timer. I use it for my cloner.
My dehuey is connected to the night output. (Powers it on only. Dehuey set for RH)

FYI. It took a shit (failed) a few weeks back. (18 months use no problems) Warranty, no problem.
But I was without a light controller for a week or two.
I just had to use 2 stand-alone timers.

@Renfro has you dialed in with separate light and timer. Vs my all in one controller.

I’m very happy with my sentinel controllers .

If I was looking for a co2 controller, I’d look for one that’s runs on a timer vs photo cell.

A plant doesn’t need, want or like high ppm of co2 when the lights 1st come on.

There’s stomas in the leaves that need time to wake up n open . 45/60 min after the light come on then start adding . They also don’t need to be in 1300ppm at lights off, so I have it shut down 1hour ish before lights out to allow the plants to bring the co2 back to normal levels.

I have a similar size room, i put a rolling table in the middle , I pushed it to one side for working, able to hit both sides of the crop by crawling under it . (No fun)
Really makes the most out of the space .

Ya i wish i had just went with the sentinel or the autopilot or even the better titan version, im sure the saturn 5 will be fine for temp and rh, as the other guys said, i may even be able to use the co2 timer for something else.

I considered running my tables down the middle, I like that idea. My tables are all on casters, so easy to move around if needed.

My lights and tables are all 4x3 and can be joined or separated if i want/need to.

As of now its still blank canvass of a room, i can still set it up various ways. Im always open to suggestions. Main reason im doing all of this is for easiness, summer is my busy time, so having a room thats easy to maintain and mostly automated will be a huge help.

I know where’s there’s 40 tops (10.5) n 12 rings for a steel too.

I love your tables/racks. I built mine from wood for now, lined with pond liner, i have manifolds/pumps and hoses ordered for each table. Still not quite sure how im going to run my plumbing.

Are you using a loop in your plumbing before the bubblers to get even pressure everywhere? or do you have valves for adjusting?

Im lucky enough that i have 3 separate roughed in abs plumbing lines in the basement floor of the room im using, so all runoff will be plumbed to a pipe and be gone forever.


How wide are your tables? What lights are you using?

I built the tables from garage storage racks from Costco. Easy if you can weld.

The pics are just from ruffing in .
I have a manifold, for the four units , the heads have built in valves to control flow, n they have inserts to regulate the flow alway.
Each res (50g)has its own pump, but I’m able to transfer from one res to another as I want etc .

Each table is 48x86 (2 bolted together)
Each tray is a cut down Chinese 4x4 to 42x42.
Gavita knockoffs DE1000s The pvc is an old net setup that was destroyed in the 2nd hvac fail of 2019.

I took 2 of them, changed the bolt holes to shorten them so 2 would fit . Then added holes for them to bolt together .

Each table needs 4 gussets to support the weight. Then welded on a receiver for the legs . 1 wheel on each is different from the rest because I could only get 6 of 1 size , so made up with 2 a different size. (Wasn’t waiting a week or doing 300km drive) made it work.

Riveted all cross members for extra strength.

Easy peasy. The bigger the wheel the easier they will roll.

Zip tied the rack, n used parts of the angle to keep trays in place

I factored in for drainage and the legs have 1.5-2” drop to one side .

Nice build man.

Mail man was busy the past few days.

Most everything has shown up, waiting on a few junction boxes for my diy lights. Thermal tape finally got here.

Other drivers are still in the box.
Tables are built. Got to finish up the plumbing.

Gonna be a busy weekend.

Ya man, exciting and fun for sure. Thanks for all the help getting me this far lol.

Heres a pic of one light with strips attached to the frame, just need to wire it in the morning. Tomorrow all lights should be built and ready to turn on.

Well heres a huge step in the right direction

I have 1 lit fixture lol....still gotta clean up wiring and install boxes to hide stuff, but its lit and i am very happy

Just thinking how im gonna run my intake and exhaust fans.

I plan to hook exhaust up to titan controller on the temp side, gets too hot, suck the room out, venting through exterior wall. Dehuey and Huey on the rh side, huey for lights on to keep rh up as needed, dehuey for lights out, keep rh down and offer some heat into the room. Apparently this controller allows me to switch to night time gear easily? still trying to figure this thing out lol.

How should i run my intake fan for pulling fresh air in from outside? do we want it running 24/7? i wonder could i hook the intake fan up to the co2 timer on the titan and make that work?

Well you don't want to intake hot air. You gonna run at night? Where will air come in when your exhaust is running? Are you only using the intake for CO2?

You can set day and night temps and humidities, but the plugged in device is what it is.
