Sensible Seeds Shorted Me

So I bought some seeds from Sensible Seeds (2 ten packs of Durban Poison that were listed for 34.99 euro). When I received them they were only 5 packs. I went back to their website and they still listed 10 packs for 34.99E. I took a picture and then e-mailed them. I was also supposed to get 5 free seeds, and only 4 showed up. NONE of them were what they were supposed to be and I don't even care about that. Now their website says 67 euro or something like that for 10 packs so they obviously got my e-mail but have not written me back. Hmmmm View attachment 1673506

i think they dude's name over there is jim, and i've talked to him a couple of times and he seems like a very reasonble dude.. i'd calmly write them another email and explain things to them in a nice calm cool manner and tell them that you're not at all happy with the service that you got from them.. i'm sure that they will take care of you.. seems kinda odd that they are jerking you around honestly, not that i doubt you or anything though, it's just that i've only heard good things about jim and sensible seeds..

Never had a problem with them. I just e-mailed them again very nicely. I would think I would at least get a response. They were totally legit when I used them before.

yah, i'm sure that they will at least respond to your email. i know sometimes when things go wrong, i can get a lil hot under the collar and don't always approach the subject with the most of clear heads.. taking a nice step back and giving the matter a few days is always a good thing ime..
hope you get some satisfaction though..

So apparently they e-mailed me last week and I did not get it, must of went into spam. They are sending me out another 10 pack and some more freebees. Thanks Sensible Seeds!

yeah man, phone or drop a polite email. good people, po lost some before and they sent another batch immediately. no problem.
ill be ordering again soon im just trying to decide what i want. been looking at super cheese which sensible dont do unfortunately, plus everyone out of stock anyway. hhmmmmm what to grow ????????????

The Guys at Sensible seeds are good with their comms and usually get back to you within 24 hours. One of the chaps there called Paul even phoned me on a Sunday to sort out a query - not bad at all !!!

Hey Ive orderd throug Sensible seeds too. and as Racerboy says comunication is the key, I've found them to be very obliging, after all we are all stoners!
