I had an argument here with a guy that swore they always fall off in 3 weeks lol. I actually posted a pic of a 3/4" stalk with them still there lol. Here on this next round ill try and meet the standards. This last go was too many experiments going at once lol
Root pruning and the first time in rockwool
But i have done many plants where the cotyledons where there when i chopped
Still green and large like my thumb lol
Sorry pics are on my old phone

Great looking grow. They are green and luscious!
That cold weather be a bitch! It was like 62 in my grow when I got home. Gotta get me a new thermo smh. I've had it down to 40 degrees when my thermo broke 2 weeks back. I used a blacked out heater bulb. Works great. I also moved my plants off the floor and elevated em. My box is on wheels but it helped with temps a little. I'm only at about day 28 and 18 I'm veg right now.
I've had them stay pretty much till the end a few times but yup they can just kind of get all deformed from age, like me lol. Also I love T5 for vegging as well, seems to promote stacking of nodes, I use 4 different spectrums through out and works well for meMine dont fall off but as the stem widens they sort of get ripped off at the base. About 4 weeks and they are barely attatched and start to yellow.
