Sending cash to Europe

Well I didn't use registered mail for ams and ofc my package never arrived. They said if I was willing to pay for shipping + registered mail fee they'll reship my order.
Last time the fucking bank wire cost me $35 at wells fargo
I'm just going to send it in cash since they can't take debit cards to for re-shipment :

How can I do this safely? They say wrap it in carbon paper but I cannot find it anywhere! Wtf is carbon paper anyways?
So anyone ever send money by mail safely to Europe? How'd you do it?

Dude just wrap it in anything it, use an old shirt, DVD case, small towel, doesn't matter.

i usually just rip up a magazine or w/e i have laying around at the time and put the money inside of a folded up piece of the magazine..

but saying this, always, always, always, always send cash via registered mail.. did i happen to say always yet?? this way they can't say they never received the money when you have proof that they did so..

i know that logic over at the farm has pretty much come out and said that unless you send the cash registered, it WILL GO MISSING... which i think is pretty eff'ed up, but do yourself a favor and send it registered.. the few bucks it costs is some cheap insurance for w/e is inside imvho.
