I put like half a shot glass of #1 and #2 for veg cycle(then i got this other red labeled stuff for the flowering cycle). I'm guessing being new to this that you have to provide different nute's for the different stages of growth. I just halved what it says for a 1 gallon mix.

Yep, they are looking alot like mine did, but you caught it earlier.

Veg them about 1/3 of the height you have to work with.

IMO you should premix your nutes in a gallon jug before you put them in the AG, that way you know you have a consistent homogeneous mixture.

What up.... The Question of the day has to do with electrical wiring. Is this set-up dangerous? Carpet/electrical cords? multiple plugins in each 3 prong electrical cord? I don't like it at all. But I don't want to remove the carpet in the closet.... Landlord/rental thing.
What should I be doing? :joint:

ive seen worse...the carpet doesnt bother me but it seems like your AG rez is above your electrical. you should always have your electric higher than your water.

Ur right my rez. is above the electrical. and thats bad huh?.... makes sense. Water spill or somethin dumb.

Damn talk about kinda a bitch to rig it up higher then my little desk. But to prevent a situation, I'm all about it.

I was going to add a piece of 1/2" Hard wood for a flooring on top pf the carpet. Maybe wrap it in plastic? :clap:

Well I talked to a aerogardens Customer service dept just now about sending back the ag pro 200. I kinda had fun with it. AG is a Nice neat set-up if you have the money and only want to grow veggies. Not MJ. well it can happen. just one at a time.

The Roots are crazy in that lil pee wee 1 gallon tub. I realized why everybody was saying that it would be an instant problem. I plant is the right way to go with an AG. Not 6 outta 7 like i tried. Well Not Done Just quite yet. Gonna pull pods in a few days and transplant to the DWC/Aeroponic HomeMade system soon. I think I have 3-5 days left w/ AG. To allow for proper shipping time. Im gonna set the pods right in the middle of hydroton balls and maybe cut bottoms out of net pot. so that the roots can easily begin to dangle in tubs..... I also heard that the tubs have to be lined w/ some kind of spray can rubber material? Makes it black so the water and roots don't see the light. And on a serious note. By me opting for the cheaper model submersible pump,(going to be on every 5 min for 30 sec increments), I heard the roots can burn up from the light penetrating the tubs/ hot water being circulated, intstead of cold water? Is that true? I need some DWC building advice asap!!! :dunce:

they make molded spill guard things for the backs of vans and SUV's. basicaly a rubber mat with raised sides that fits in your trunk. maybe this would work for your closet.

I got a new set up... at least the wires are above rez, so are air pumps now.

I hooked 2 130w cfl's 10.0 uvb for reptiles, and ran it for about 12 hrs on them. about 6" away... I came back next morning to find my kids all burnt. like humans get from the tanning bed... I was like Dam :wall:

So I stopped them. and my idea that they would maybe cause a growth spurt by providing a different spectrum. I still Dont know yet If I got Males or Females.... I guess I need to switch to 12/12 and see what happens now huh?

And about topping past the third 0r fifth node, clipping the main growth stem coming out of the tallest? Looks tricky... some of these guys look nutty. branching all weird directions already? :weed:
