Self-Preservation

...what does it mean - to you. (with allowances for actual definitions - maybe some criss-crossing of ideas)

...I 'know' it as a natural law. That concept breaks off into a bazillion potentials. One is that 'self' is encoded in dna. So, self preservation is in keeping one's dna where it will actually preserve something. Not as in confectioneries (yuk-yuk).
