Think about what you’re asking....the seed is in dirt it’s dark it cannot see the light ...I didn’t soak my seeds or anything I just put them in a solo cup w dirt about an inch down threw a little water on it and 4 days later I had sprouts 4 for 4 good luck

I have my led light on them

Keep the LED at about 36" above until the sprout shows the first healthy node. Lower the light an inch or so per day until the lights are 20" - 22" above.

... That would depend on the light your using ...
If I recall from a previous post, the light is a 600W blurple. It's probably drawing around 240 - 260 true watts. Identical to my VEG lights.

... Dang man ok thx but how long should I keep the light on them ...
Use the 18/6 cycle since you are in VEG. "Then something stirs and something tries ... and starts to climb towards the light"
