Yah my seeds had been sprouted for about 2-3 days had leaves on them so i decided to drop them in to just some organic pot soil... I have them under my bathroom sink...it stays plenty warm and i had enough room to put 1 plant & aquarium f20 750 lumens it says " This wide spectrum fluorescent lamp is excellent lamp for plant growth. It differs from the other growth lamps because of its relatively high emission of far-red radiation whcih promotes growth and flowering for many types of plants, including succulents, coleus, geraniums and many green foliage plants." so i think i did it right maybe but i have a question i have a 250 watt heat light would that do me any bit of good either. Is the plant light too much for my little seedlings?

I would avoid heat and halogen lamps it at all possible. They make the plant and grow room really hot, you want the plants between 77-81 degrees for optimal growth.

You going to need a lot more than one light, Id get at least 3 for veg, go for the CFL's
