They have better x-rays in chicago than anywhere else i guess. but this whole chicago thing has been going on for a few years now. as early as 2010.

My suggestion. Email the attitude when making a purchase. Make sure they do not use "Attitude Gifts" as the name on the customs label(Note: this is really for any seedbank but attitude has one thing in particular others may not.)
When purchasing seeds, get the TIN. DO NOT get a t-shirt, wallet, mug, or anything that can be checked out with the X-Ray machines.

Save yourself the money and get you beans delivered.

US customs and border patrol officers working at the International Mail Facility at O'Hare Airport seize over half a pound of marijuana seeds coming in the country from Europe on a daily basis. The majority have come from the Netherlands. The seed totals range from 0.5 grams to 20 grams. The shipments contain anywhere from 5 to 20 seeds concealed in everything from candy bars to documents.

It takes a keen eye to spot something as small as a marijuana seed on an x-ray, said David Murphy, CBP Director of Field Operations in Chicago. Our officers are very well trained, vigilant and dedicated to preventing any type of contraband from entering the United States, no matter how small it may be.

It is suspected that many of the seizures originated from internet orders through companies in the Netherlands who specialize in marijuana seeds. It is important to remember that marijuana seeds do fall under the Controlled Substance Act and it is a violation of federal law to import or cause to import. All the seeds will be destroyed and a Notice of Seizure will be sent to the recipient.

CBP officers and agriculture specialists are stationed at International Mail Facilities throughout the country in major cities.

As someone who has spent many years in the legal system i cry bullshit! This thread should be removed because most people are unaware of how the system works and all this is gonna do is spread false fears to all of us who have enough to worry about without somebody looking for attention posting mis information. Not saying that he didn.t order seeds but that mat be all i believe in this story,i mean if they were going through all that trouble to come knock on your door to ask about seeds and then what you say no and they leave???If this fantasy were even remotelt possible the fact that they would have come to your house meant they were coming in to look around sorry i could be wrong have been before but untill you show some proof and trust me there would be something to at least corroborate this crap.
Never in my life have i wished for something to be censored but mods kill this thread

Search and seizure can only happen with a search warrant. Seeds to an address is not enough for a search warrant so if they did come by...it was because of a tip. Their sniffing around the property because smell, light, or activity and the seed seizure is enough for a warrant. Be Careful! JAS
