Seeds from GB to USA still not released from Customs yet

GYO Seedbank. My tracking number shows my purchase arrived at Los Angeles ISC USPS facility on March 19th 2018. It's now April 9th and apparently my parcel post of seeds has not been released from Customs yet.
The Tracking shows it's still in transit. Is this not uncommon? Someone mentioned there may be a backlog in getting my seeds released from Customs. I've gotten no notice that they were seized.

Did you ever get your seeds? That's a long time to be sitting in customs. I recently ordered some seeds from GB and they were at my door in under a week. I've never had any sit in customs longer than a day.

I've given up. They're lost. They weren't seized. Filled out a request for a search. No help. $41 down the drain.

I had a package from Seedsman that was stuck with customs almost an entire year. Got a note on the door one day that USPS tried to deliver a package. Went down to the USPS to pick it up. Customs raided the contents of the package (stealth), and left me a note that they had been seized.

Seedsman is terrible imo in their packaging and delivery service. I'll never used them again. HAZE is in the UK I believe, and is very good. Haze sen,t and delivered in about a week. Seedsman everytime is 3+ weeks (if it doesn't get seized by customs_), and it's closer in Canada.

There are enough US Seedbanks it's better just to order from within the US plus you are 'buying american'. In the past we had to order seeds from international suppliers. That's no longer the case given the changes to many of the state laws within the US.

There's plenty of genetics in the US now...never going overseas again.

Damn if I can't find Bubble Kush auto seeds from anywhere but Royal Seeds in the UK.

GYO lets you know when ordering that shipments can get lost. Translation: Yes, your seeds get lost when ordering from us. I don't like their packaging either. The parcel package has what looks like a picture from a magazine or something as their outside packaging. It's way too messy confusing obscure looking. This parcel post might show up a year later, you never know. No, I didn't spend the extra $9.99 for insured + tracking. It was already $41 freaking dollars for 3 seeds. I wanted Bubble Kush again, like their last shipment. GYO has a huge selection.

I don't know what went wrong on the US side. My shipment was "processed at Los Angeles" according to the tracking record. What went wrong after that? Who knows?
