Seeds Confiscated!!!

I ordered 10 Heavyweight Fruit Punch seeds from Herbies. I received a package in the mail today from them. I was excited I got my seeds within 6 days from order.

However, when I opened the package, there was just a letter from US Customs saying they confiscated my "propagation sativa seeds". Wtf, I chose stealth delivery. Guess it wasn't stealth enough. Anyone have experience with this situation? Can anyone recommend a seed bank where they can deliver to southern California?

Thanks

just the luck of the draw.
never had a herbies or tude/choice order confo...
but had beedsman and midweek confo... but replaced and gotten safely...
just make sure you get the guarantee shipping... so when it is confo... it wont be a total loss...

Most stores in so cal don't offer seeds. Yea, I can get clones but hard to verify strain and wat ur really getting... Guess I'm old school. I just prefer growing from seed.

Also, it's illegal to send seeds interstate mail in the US.

I know, I'm not raging on Herbies. Just wondering how would they package it to get it by customs?

I just don't want to get busted.
I ordered from there twice and they come in a empty DVD case that says "gift" on teh customs form. Just let Herbies know if you purchased the 9.99 insurance and they'll send them back out. It's a lot like getting a copyright letter in the mail from torrenting. Nothing will come of it. Keep in mind it was somebody trying to send them to YOU, you can't be held accountable if some person in England decided to mail you seeds. You didn't know. ;) ;) ;)
