Seeds came, worried about germinating (first time)

Just bought some seeds called "easy kush", they say it's real easy to grow and has a fast flower time.


I'm worried to germinate in case one guide got it wrong, or another bla bla bla.


Whats the best way to germinate for personal use?


My Dad helps out sometimes, but he doesn't know a lot about weed. (same here haha)


Also, for "easy kush" would this light be alright?

Setting up in my closet, got a fan, soil, and TOMATO FERTILIZER?

I have got a "good-ish" budget, but I wouldn't really like to spend any more on that light.

No it wont grow anything you will need a small hps. Germinate the seeds in jiffy pots or very small pots with good soil and perlite, no ferts yet. Keep the medium wet until it surfaces then reduce watering.

I soak mine overnight, then into a damp paper towel.
works every time, for me.

Drop the seeds in a glass of water, put in a cabinet or something, check on it till it has a tail, then dump seed into small hole u poke into soil, water, and wait a couple days. Once it pops up out of soil, get it under light(s), and yes... the CFL will grow, just not as well as a hps.

Just soak the seeds in a cup of water and if the don't split I would put them in a moist paper towel and place it in a small zip lock make sure to blow a lil air to create some humidity then zip the bag shut that has never let me down

Will my seeds be alright at the moment for a few days?

They're in a bubble rapped envelope in a sealed bag.

I keep mine in a drawer in the kitchen and just germinated some from 2010 and 2011. Do like BUDS says and start in a soil medium.

i dropped 5 pineapple chunk and 5 laughing budda on thursday (5/2 at 5pm) in room temp tap h2o. (seperate glasses of course)
24hrs 5 LB popped, 3 PC popped.
moved to plastic container and seeds wrapped in wet paper towel and put on stereo.
24hrs later moved into humidome w/heat mat. all 10 popped (about 1-2mm tails).
today, transplanting into rockwool in humidome w/heat mat and a dual 4' daylight bulb shop light in tent till they reach about 3", then transplant into pots with light warrior and full grow light in veg tent.

Oh an make sure if u germ them do it in warm-ish clean water they tend to crack pretty quick.

Should I wait a few weeks for my part time job to pay me?
If I do, I can get a really nice grow kit, has all the stuff you'll need to start out with. It costs £230 ($360)

Is it worth just waiting a few weeks?

Only got the seeds, which is legal in the UK.

Not growing.
