First grow. 2x2x4. 4 plants.

Started my first grow about 30 days ago. Purchased clones locally. Northern lights, hindu kush, gelato cake, blue dream. 3 gallon pots. Have 2 more random clones I nestled in there too in 1g pots……might remove those for more space.

2x2x4 tent with AC Infinity ionboard s22. I just purchased an AC infinity iongrid s22 130w, so should have better lighting soon.

Topped and have been low stress training, just put netting up. I have about 26 inches from canopy to light to work with. 24hr light on so far.

How does it look? About to switch to flowering 12/12. Just using fox farm ocean forest soil and will start using tiger bloom and big bloom.

Anything stick out that should be corrected?? Sorta worried I might run out of height.

Thanks!

after zooming in and looking at how the spacing from node to node is. i would suggest lowering the light, to me it looks stretched. I looked up the specs of your light and to be honest i would go to about 18 - 20inches from light to screen ( thats if heat isnt an issue with having it that close ) and see how much its stretching. if still stretching lower a little more 16-14. Or you could look at the owners manual and see what they suggest.

i have a 4x4x8 tent i just put up. i got a bloomspect b600 full spectrum led light hung 40 inches from ground because my light is rated for a 2.5ftx2.5ft Once I see the spacing between nodes ill lower if needed. These are the suggested heights of stages of my light.

Ive read that vertical growth or stretching only goes on for the first 2 weeks ( depending on stains some can go 3 and 4 weeks of stretching ) after switching to 12/12. so you could lst for the first week and maybe let it grow and see the second week

Appreciate the feedback. My more powerful iongrid s22 is arriving today, so I will get that setup with a lower height to canopy. Sounds like I should start at like 18” and then maybe drop to 12” once I start flowering.

i think I will veg maybe another week before switching over to flower.

I wouldn't wait much longer, that's a lot of plants in a small space, may need to move a couple for room. And keep an eye out for light burn when adding new equipment.

Thanks for the input. I got my new light in and lowered to 18” off canopy and did some more lst, pretty much tied down everything I could. Going to switch to flower here next day or so. Been adding foxfarm big bloom and some cal-mag the last few feedings.

Gotta say, my plants look different than most grows I have seen, mine are so wide and low. I guess they will grow more vertical once I flip to flower.

Thats a lot of plants. I would flip pretty soon. If you flip now they'll probably stretch to about that first button on the support pole. And get plenty of air circulation in there. Its going to get very crowded.

Imo, if you're trying to scrog, you'd do better with 1 plant, using netting with smaller squares. You'll easily fill the net.

Looking good. keep it up.

They dont know bout growing in small spaces. lol. Try germinating 8 seeds expecting 4, all eight tap root and grow to be females and where harvested. But the Stealth dresser grow box you built has dimensions of 4ft Tall x 2ft W x 14inches Deep. stretch was awful too, but good smoke and had some fun times lol

STELLAR first grow. Four plants in a 2x2 is a tight squeeze but you're clearly managing it very well.

Looks like someone did their homework before the assignment ;) :bigjoint: Nice work, keep it up!
Thanks! Everything seems to be going okay at the moment. I think next time I will try just doing a signle larger plant. Goal is for 1oz per plant on this first grow, will see how it turns out.

Looks really good. I don't see a need for the side lighting though.
I wasn't sure it was going to help. I was expecting my plants to get taller, so I thought maybe side lighting might help. I have heard mixed reviews on it though. My overhead light is only 130 watts, so was trying to get more light in there.

For sure, it may do a lil, just not sure if it's worth the energy for what it may yield.
