Seeds Arrived But...

From Nirvana but the outside and inside packaging had been opened and resealed. It's certain whoever inspected the envelope saw the seeds. On the outside of the envelope is a sticker that says:

"We are attempting delivery please check box and return if: Unknown, Refused, Moved, Deceased"

I did not use my real name so my name is not on the label. The handwriting on the envelope is pretty bad so the post office cannot be sure this was sent to my address. Am I paranoid or is this potentially a trap? Should I:

1. Do nothing and not worry about it.

2. Replace the seeds with birdseed and refuse it.

3. Refuse the package with the seeds.

Am I just being paranoid?
