what are all those bits of string?, see if you can tidy it up a little- it will prove very annoying further down the line, I have seen a few grow boxes with HPS lamps in a cool tube you could do the same!, UK is good for ambiant temps!

the string is my shitty atempt at scrog, i got cable ties aswell.

I would go with the above advice 12/12 from the start.Why not build a small room or get some seeds going then bang them out side your going to produce very little dude is it realy worth the hassle.....tyke......................

i could put them outside, it kinda is worth it coz i dont buy weed evryweek, i get a big bit and come back in 3 months, so i nice little jump up inbetween and ill have weed evry 1/12 months, that should be my weed problems sorted, and i just wna grow, i got fuck knows how long till my record is cleared, so i need shit to do
