Seedlings won't sprout

I purchased 5 seeds from a site called aceseeds and non of them are even sprouting after 4 days...was I scammed?

How Deep Did you plant the seeds in the soil. ? The should not be any deeper then a 1/4 inch. Did you Germinate them? You don't have to but it does help.

Patience. Not too deep in the soil, keep them warm and moist . Sometimes it can take awhile.

Germinated them for two days planted for 3.they are a tad less than a 1/4 inch from top

you put the seeds, a day, in water before you put it in the pot?

2 days in a napkin that was in water

What medium, what light? Photos? Was the shell open after 2 days in water? My last seeds also needs 5-6 days (one needs 7 days) to appear.
