Seedlings Stunted / Weak

I checked the "Check Here First" thread but all the images were dead.

I left someone in charge of my grow for a weekend while I was away and it's in it's earliest stages.
Apparently the fan in the growbox didn't work, so the door was left open, lights on 24/7 and water misting the bottoms of the rockwool 24/7. He thought they might be drowning so he stopped the water and moved some closer to the light. I'm heading there tonight to see what I can do - looking for some tips.

What's the light source? They look like they are stretching for the light.

You can check the medium with your finger to see if it's too soggy.

Large CFL bulb - I'm thinking they drowned a bit too much.

Get more CFLS in there. Stop overwatering.

Will do. It's one massive light and should be more than sufficient. I'll make sure they get better coverage.

It's one of these style. Came with the grow box.

Bring it down closer and add supplemental lighting (Even the 23w 6000ks) on the sides.

im having a rough time figureing out the proper distance with my 8u cfl too oddish, had it at about 8 inches away im in week 2 of veg and showing signs of what i think is maybe heat stress...but still growing pretty rapid and bushy , just sum of the leaves are canoe-ing and have small rust spots ,, bumped up to 13 inches let u know how that works

most of the canoeing and edges that where curling up is gone since i raised the lights last night but now some of the tips are clawing down and a couple leaves clawing up like elf shoes

nutes im running are as follows. week 2 fox farm nutes grow big and big bloom 1/2 strength , 20 ml cal mag , ppm is at 504 ph is at 5.9 , temp is at 79 , no signs of root rot. 7 gallons of water in my 13 gallon res 1 inch below net cups

i also just removed that board i had blocking the fan was worried about wind burn since its only about a foot or a little more from my plants. its a 4 inch 90cfm intake fan and also have one at the top for exhaust . right now im running two 8u cfl 250w 6500k lights one on the two plants in this pic and one on clones that i just transplanted in hydroton in another tote
