so my new seedlings are not growing. i put them under lights on the 25th of november and this is them as of 10 minutes ago. i water them 2x daily so that the rockwool cube is moist. usually about 30ml of water daily. i put 35%h2o2 in the water to help and the floroscent light is 5 inches above. my temp is 72-78. humidity is always around 30%. what could be the problem here. i have 4 strains in and all of them are like this. all of them are nirvana (big bud, durban poison, bubbleious, ppp)

They dnt grow much at first. They are growing roots. The more roots they have the more they grow. Ya maybe water too much as well.

sorry but i forgot the pics so you can see what i mean. they are 1 inch at best and they are 9 days old

They are not going to grow 1 foot in 9 days. Be patient.

i am being patient but i am aslo concerned. the plants havent grown at all except maybe for the roots but i cant see them. all the grows i have seen on the websites show that at day 9 the plants are much more advanced than this. my first bagseed grow was 100 times better. i will wait a few more days before i give up on them

water ones a week or every 4-5 days in rockwool cubes that big with such a .small plant... and get proper ph water 5.8ph

Hey dude
Your being very impatient, plus i would also say that your def over watering your plants,
As was said you only need to water once or twice a week not once or twice a day dude,
Your plants roots will seriously suffer if you keep over watering them,
Just wait and see how you get on with less watering
I gaurantee you'll see a difference
How long atre they under the light for... 24, 18/6, 16/8

Had same problem with rockwool cubes. Too much water. I mix peroxide with water and give it a good shake to aerate the water.

They will grow they are spending energy on root production like said before. Make sure you're not overwatering them because that could stunt growth. And it is a good idea to move the light closer if it's a fluoro because you can have them about half an inch away from touching the tops and they won't burn because of the low heat emmited. I use CFL fluoros and I do this and I have about 1" inbetween nodes (no stretching) and great healthy vegetation.
