Seedlings look unhealthy

CFLs a few inches overhead.
Temps range from 75-82 degrees
Humidity 22-50 ( just installed a humidifier in closet after humidity dropped to 22)

so I started my seeds in rapid rooters and after about a week/week and a half I moved them into a coco/perlite mix about 3 days ago. I haven't given them any nutes. When I transplanted them I soaked the coco and then gave a little water around the seedling where the rooter met coco. I gave them a little water on top this morning and bottom fed the cups with water. The water is tap at 6.2 ph that has sat for a few hours. I did mist the plants a few times while in rooters and after the transplant. My issues are drooping, browning/yellowing at edges and possible powdery mildew. Is the drooping from under/overwatering? The browning from water bubbles forming lens' and burning leaves? Possible hot water adding nutes? Is the white stuff mildew or lime scale from hard water? Please help.

Edit: plants looked healthy and upbeat before I moved them. They just a little shocked? Since the move they haven't grown at all. Am I just being paranoid? This is my first grow. I've done a lot of research and maybe that is just getting in my head. Possibly focusing more on roots than leaves?

Lmao straight up, sounds like you have it all figured out Holmes! Try to water a bit less use the finger in dirt method test for moister seedlings don't drink up a lot if anything less would mean more for the roots! Good luck

Not PM, that is likely calcium from spraying. Never used those rapid rooters but your roots are outside of them so time to get some light nutes going. Probably overwatered a bit and wishing they were under my care. Sorry little ones. :bigjoint:

Stop spraying them, that's not helpful. Your chances of getting damping off go way up. The water forming lenses thing is bullshit. Good luck!

Thanks. I read it was BS but I still overthink everything. I haven't misted them since yesterday just in case so I'll leave it at that.
