Seedlings issue

The seedling in the middle has the seed shell and membrane still attached.
Mist it with water to soften the membrane and gently remove with a toothpick or tweezers.

This is my first time growing from seed. I put seeds directly into soil. They are autoflower Blue Dream. Really just trying to focus on not killing these guys. 10 days in from seed germinated in direct soil. Do they look okay? They look pretty fragile to me... thoughts?
Man that looks like my 1 day old seedling... dont water them too much, the whole idea in this stage is for the plant to develop strong roots, this is best possible if the plant has to stretch their roots and search for water rather then overwatering it. With seedlings I always water just a little bit and cover them with a dome to keep humidity high.
