Damping off is usually too much moisture, either using a dome, running rh at 100%, misting a seedling, sloppy watering, or too much watering. I don't know about your coir, some of it comes pre-rinsed and some of it you have to rinse yourself.

Hard to tell precisely what the problem is, as you have not given enough information.
But here is what I can think off.
1. Coco must be flushed properly before planting a seed, as well as it must be lightly fertilized for young plants 200PPM of cal/mag (If your tap water is 200 then no cal/mag needed) on top of that add proper nutrients designed for coco at 300 ppm (in total 500 ppm).
2. If using LED or HID light keep at least 24" above the plants.
3. environment - Temperature must be from 25C to 30C, Humidity 50-60%, also good air circulation is required.

thanks fo asnwer any way what do you want to know i will tell
1.i flushed phed water and i test runnoff water ; runoff water ph is 6.5 - 6.7 i tested ec meter nearly no fert like 0.2 ms
2.using cfl and 10" between plant and light
3.temp is 24-27 humidty also not below 60 and a fan blowing air 24h continuosly :)

Ok then it's all seems to be correct apart of feed, give it some food as I said above, make sure to give it cal/mag, as it is very important for baby plants when growing in coco

BTW forgot to mention, coco Ph must be 5.5 - 6.2, best is 5.8, but even 6.7 should not affect such a young seeding.

Hmmm. Give your baby some light. You don't want to cook a seedling... but 10" just sounds like a ways away for a CFL.

looks like it needs more light also what the ph u use i find a few ph products like fish ones tend to cook seedlings abit why we dont ph untill the first 3-4 weeks of growth or when u get some fans leaves and u are ready to go full veg ;)

i used before this ph thing no problem occured last time but i change my coco brand and added some vermiculit last time i didnt add anything except perlit and when i test run off water ph is nearly high is about 6.5 6.6 beacuse of the coco is high ph

That looks like a PH issue. I use straight tap water and don't have any problems with my seedlings. If you're using distilled water you need to mix tap water into it. 50/50 shouldn't hurt. I don't grow in coco but that plant has is a PH lockout plus too much water and it is stretching too much for light. You should always use fresh medium too, your seedlings need a sterile growing medium that has not been used previously.

i had this same probablem on my babys. this run... i still dont know what it was . i just really tryed to lock in that ph. and provide the best invorment i could.. they kinda just grew out of it...
but ph may be the issue. there still alittle problematic. kina got a deficiency thing going on. which makes me think its a lock out.. maybe the ph of the medium is high

also lower your lights abit man they look abit stretched.. whe i start under cfl . i keep them high for maybe a day then droop down to like 3-5" away
