So some of my Seedlings seem to be dieng.. The temperature is 29*celcius now and 57% humidity soil ph between 4.5 and 6. The CFL lights are far away with a fan on them and 4 of the 10 seedlings seem fine..? What is causing this.. There was 1 Overwatering but only once, last night

4.5 ph is on the acidic side and your pots look soaked. Seedlings don’t need much water at all. You can literally mist seedlings if you wanted to. Chill with the water and bring ph up 6.2. CFL’s gotta be pretty close as well. Also what soil is that? Looks like a lot of wood.

Watering the whole pot is pointless when they are this small. Just water immediately around the seedlings with a SMALL amount of water until they build some roots.

Soil PH should be 5.8-6.8 range.

Don't need a fan on seedlings, they are sensitive and just like calm air with the CFL an inch or two above the seedling and just a bit of water as @jtrizzy mentioned. Add a fan in as they get a few inches tall, and just circulating the air to the side and not above or on the plants until they are much larger still.

What soil should I buy for my grow Im setting up. I've spent alot of money on everything but not yet bought soil.... Right now I'm seed with a jiffy then when it get its first set I put the jiffy in this organic potting mix I got from the hardware/gardening shop.. It does have about a quarter bark but I've grown such nice buds with it outdoor

Keep using that soil if you have had good results with it. Heed the advice above on watering.
