Seedlings are sucking

Hey all, it's been awhile since I last posted. I found an Aerogarden at the local goodwill for $12.00 and remembering seeing it on T.V. years ago for over $100 I couldn't resist. I have grown in hydro before, but last few grows were in Ocean Forest. I used auto's, Snowryder, MI-5, with good results. I started some seeds recently using paper towel method as always. They are Anubis auto, and Afghan Kush x White Widow Fem. They were old seeds that were put up for good long while and just found them. I put them in small styrofoam cups in soil, and are not even in the Aerogarden yet, as I wanted to get a small root system before placing them in the constant moistness of the plugs. Now for some reason, they refuse to grow right. Very short small leaves, and looks like they just don't want to get more "nodes" and upward growth. Got enough light, cooling exhaust fan built into the hood, which I modded a third light into it as well, and temp/humidity is 80f and 40-50%. Anyone know why this iDCAM0007.JPGDCAM0008.JPGDCAM0009.JPGDCAM0006.JPG

I have Auto #1's coming and I don't want to waste them.

They have been in cups for just over a week, only watered twice, second time was today. I spray leaves every day. I'll lay off the water for a bit, just thought they looked really light colored.
