Seedling yellow spots, but not whole leaf (pics)

Ok, One of my seedlings has all the sudden started getting yellow on some of the bottom leaves. My other plant has started showing some signs. They are outdoor during the day, cfl and fluro at night 24/7 in SW FL. They are in MG seedling starter soil (.01/.05/.05) and no other nuits added. Could the problem be it is root bound? I know I need to transplant, but have had relatives in for the last week. I have also found a small Caterpillar on the smaller plant. And no, it has not been over watered. What do you think?

Thanks.

Are you PHing your water ??? I'd start by repotting in new clean soil and a bigger pot... may solve two problems at once..... Luck.

Looks like overwatering to me.

could be rootbound.... might be stressin from bein under sun, then CFL, then sun, then CFL...plants like consistency....and i personally dont think 24/0 is the best idea for veg...just leave them inside, under 18/6, and they should be alright, if your not overwatering, peace
