seedling without serated leafs

One of my nirvana blackjack seedlings poped out of the dirt without it's serated leafs...is that an unusual issue?

The first leaves (cotyledons) are not serated

Yeh I know the seed leafs but usually when they open up there are two little serated leafs but in this case there isn't, but I guess they will come in time.
