What are the ingredients of your soil? Is there something that produces nitrogen in it? I would head to a grow store and pick up some bat guano and mix it in with your soil personally if you determine that nitrogen deficiency is the cause.

I checked my soil bag and doesn't say anything about nuts. Guess i should buy one as quick as possible?

At this point I would highly recommend Against adding chemical nutrients. If the soil does not contain nitrogen your plants will not grow very well, now granted at this stage it should have enough food for itself but very soon it is going to need to draw the necessary components for it's life, nitrogen being one of them. Like I said I would personally recommend going to a local grow shop and mixing in some bat guano to raise the nitrogen levels in the soil a bit.
