I've been watering it when its dry like the other 4 plants ill just let it dry out I put it in another tent with a different spec light and a little fan on low blowing towards the soil

Yeah let it dry out more, looks like suffocation. The other plants are larger so they're drinking faster, and the larger plants may be getting better airflow being on the edges of the space.

Anyone know whats wrong with this seedling been given same water and soil as the other 4 plants but its turning yellow is staying small as shit
I take these type of situations as learning experiences, just proves that not all plants are created equal, and sometimes what works for some, doesn’t work for others. Have to find that happy medium and stick to it. I’m sure it will bounce back. Not enough information for me to provide any feedback so I’ll leave it at that.

Yeah I appreciate your response ill keep the thread updated im growing in half coco half ocean forest and I've also had my veg and bloom switches on using a 262 actual watt bloomspect reflector light i believe the light was also to powerful for the seedling because 2 of the others started canoeing so ive since turned the the bloom switch off not real sure if that had anything to do with the plant in question but im sure it didn't help matters if it was getting to much light hanging height was around 30 in

My Guess...

It's root system wasn't as fully developed as the others. They were drinking and you kept pouring ALL the same amount? In doing so, that resulted in stunting the growth ie., absorption rate wasn't as fully developed as the others. Thus drowning. I'm only saying cause I have done it. Assuming 1 was just like the other. You can't see the roots and You're assuming they are just like the others. Maybe...
