Seedling stage should i add lighting

i am a little confused on how to properly do this, it is my first time growing and would like some advice..

I am using a propagation kit...

once my seeds have sprouted and the cotyledons leaves have sprouted... SHOULD I TAKE OFF THE HUMIDITY DOME AND BRING IN THE FLOURESCENT LIGHTS OR DO I LEAVE THE DOME ON WITHOUT ANY LIGHTS AND WAIT FOR THE FIRST REAL SET OF LEAVES TO GROW??

i dont understand when to add the lighting and when to take the dome off or if i should do it both together..

when should i remove the dome and when should i add the lighting?

the dome isnt that important as long as you water then dry it out once or twice a day and mist also. you have to get the light close so you can see it grow or it could be trouble. don't over fertilize, water works for me.

how do i dry it out?? i thought you need high humidity s the dome alows the humidity to build up.. but how do i dry it out?

so should i add the lighting when the cotyledones pop up or should i wait until the first real leaves show up?

Ummm As soon as anything leaf like appears on my plants I make sure they are getting light, but I do like to use a humidity dome until they have some real leaves...seems to me they just dry out too fast, but I use jiffy pucks...

so you leave your dome on and heating mat on until the real set of leaves show up then you take off the dome and add the lighting?
