The chances are very slim, but you could try to root it...like a clone...put some root hormone on it and gently as possible put into rockwool or what ever clone medium you use.
Poke a hole slightly smaller then the stem or pack around it if the hole is too big...to give it some stability.
Dome it with some clear top...pop bottle or whatever you can find.
Only spray the dome and water the rockwool...not the plant itself.
Probably with in a day it will either keep standing=may keep living or wilt totally=goner.

OMG!!! No...take it from experience...your cotyledon are gone. It's dead, bro. Cry a little, and try again. Same thing if you were to break the taproot of a new sprout.
