Seedling question! Plz help

I have my seedlings in 1.5" rockwool cubes... today i noticed that some of the roots are now coming out the bottom of the cube.

Can I drop these in a soil mix now? Or should I wait to see more then one root come through?

Doesn't matter much. The main reason to wait is to ensure good root growth. If you re pot now it will grow just fine.

yes place them in soil ASAP you want the roots to get to something they can grow in and get food from water them in ounce you transplant than every other 2 times than let the plant start to absorb the water and than you can start to feed it and it will have a root base
