Seedling Problem

hi the seedling on rite had toppled over mite have snapped not sure.wot can i do now 2 keep her goin?it restin on ty wrap which is keepin it up.temp is 75 hum is 40.its inch under 125w cfl in rockwool which i had phed 5.5 3 days b4.how many times shud i water the seedlings in rockwool? plz help my first grow

they look fine....keep moist....you can also use a toothpick to use for seedling to rest up on something...the right themselves eventually.

Stake her up put two kabab or cocktail sticks down each side of the plant this will help the plant.make sure that the sticks rest on either side of the seedling leaves and it will be just fine a couple more week and it will have got a more woody outer coat on any how.just be more careful done it myself several times.i have even cloned a seedling and it worked just fine it was beond repair so i dipped it in rooting gel put it in a new cube and now she has gone up in a puff off smoke [gone but not forgoten]
