Seedling Pot sizee

Hey whats up, i have one of those hydrofarm heat mats/germination station type deal : pic of it..( http://www.nexternal.com/tbt/images/Germination_Station.jpg)

its 72 cell, about 3"ish deep and have my seedlings that are 2-3" tall in there with fluorescent tubes going on them till i can put them outside. I was wondering is that big enough root space to have them in there for 2-3 weeks, or should I put them into a plastic cup. Thanks a lot..

if your planting them outside, they need a solid root base before you do so. Let them fill out a small cup, when the soil seperates from the side when dry, they can be transplanted outside. Make sure you put them outside a few times to break them into the outdoors. Use B1 when transplanting, especially outside
