Seedling Nutrient Burn

Hello!

I started a new grow 12 days ago. Everything was fine till I had the stupid idea to wet my Jiffy's in a nutrient mix (Bio Rhizotonic + Bio Vega) for germinating my seeds.
As soon as they germinated they started to show signs of nutrient burn and the growth was stunted.

Is there any recovery possible for my seedlings? Or I should toss them out and start a new grow? They are growing really slowly each day.

Plants have fully recovered.

Advice to other growers with the same problem as me:
- Don't give nutrients in the first weeks.
- Don't soak Jiffy's in nutrients solutions.
- Be patient, everything is going to be fine.

Peace.
