How many watts will be needed to sprout the seeds and keep them healthy up to 6-7 inches until i can get them outside?
 
I am keeping mine under a 26w cfl until they are out of the dirt, and then after they are 6 inches I will go to 4 26w CFLs and 2 65w CFLs.
